Biography

Ricardo Ayala joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Adjunct Professor of Management Communication in 2009.

Professor Ayala is the Vice President of Marketing at ADP. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, consultative sales, and relationship management within the travel and financial services industries. His business development experience includes partnerships with companies like General Electric, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Virgin Atlantic. Most recently, he has led prospect and client engagement initiatives to drive new sales and client retention.

Professor Ayala earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and his M.B.A. in Management and Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business.
