Dr. Reto Malacrida, LLM, MA is (senior) Counsellor with the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO Secretariat in Geneva. As such, he provides legal advice and assistance to WTO adjudicators in intergovernmental WTO dispute settlement proceedings. He is also a part-time lecturer at the University of St.Gallen.
