Renate Nitz

Renate Nitz founded Nitz & Comp. Management Consulting GmbH (Schweiz) in 2010. For more than 20 years she has gained experience and built up her knowledge in small national and large international companies in a number of industries such as management consulting, financial services, technology and the public sector. She has a proven track record in various roles as management consultant, coach, project and programme manager, line manager and key account manager.

Prior to establishing Nitz & Comp. Management Consulting she had held positions of responsibility and experienced instructive years at Deutsche Bank AG, Capgemini, The Information Management Group (IMG) and Credit Suisse AG. This helped her to sharpen her broad organisational understanding as well as enabling a deeper insight into the dynamics of global business. As advisor she supports managers in the definition and execution of strategies, and drives their implementation.

She holds a M. A. in Political Economics from Albert-Ludwigs-Universitaet Freiburg i. Brsg., Germany. She has also completed professional courses and certifications in change management, leadership, strategy, organisation, IT, Six Sigma, governance and coaching. This allows her to approach difficult situations and political stand-offs from different perspectives and introduce a fresh approach.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Should business for once not be the focus of her attention, she watches and practices sport. Her favourite means of relaxation is cooking. Not least due to the tasty results.
