Regula Hinderling is a well-known specialist in employment law. Her practice focuses on advising global and national companies in matters of employment and data protection law and in representing them in litigation cases. She advises and represents global and national clients in various industry sectors(e.g. Pharma, banks and insurance sector, government bodies, hospitals, hotels, production and service sector and more). She heads the practice group employment law of the Basel Bar Association.
