Regina Chu is a director at WTW, specializing in M&A services. She has successfully assisted companies in human resources due diligence, employee transfer and postmerger integration as well as employee communication and program implementation during M&A deals. Prior to this role, Chu was the head of benefits advisory services, health and benefits, Asia and Australasia, where she was accountable for regional employee benefits advisory business, including areas of employee benefits strategy development, program analysis, design and delivery, employee survey and reduction in headcount management for benefits optimization and organization transformation across different industries and countries. During her 18-year consulting career at WTW, Chu has gained considerable expertise in strategic employee benefits consulting and cross-country project management. She also has extensive experience in retirement benefit program design, cost simulation, plan implementation and employee communication. Chu has represented clients including ASML, Bank of America, Bacardi, Dupont, Ericsson, Farmers, Foxconn, Fuji Film, GSK, lululemon, McGraw Hill, Microsoft, MSD, Nike, Novartis, NXP, Stanley Black & Decker, Texas Instruments and Thomson Reuters. She earned a master’s degree in actuarial science from Boston University and is now undertaking an EMBA program at Taiwan National University.
