With a professional background in leadership development, organisational culture, and transformational change, Ree's research focuses on understanding beneficial behaviours that lead to innovative problem-solving in organisations.

Researcher biography

Ree's specific research interests are positioned in the areas of leadership and organisational development and change. Specific topics include mavericks and maverickism (beneficial non-conformity), innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership (including Indigenous womens leadership).

Ree has extensive professional experience in leading organisational change and leadership development initiatives across whole-of-organisations, as well as teams. She has worked with government departments, universities, not-for-profit organisations, and industry.
