Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations
Rebecca Kehoe is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Her research brings a strategic human resource management perspective to the interplay of human capital and the broader social and organizational contexts in which it is developed and employed. Against this backdrop, she studies the roles of alternative HR systems, collaborative exchange, resource management, and internal and external knowledge stocks and flows in supporting value creation, often in the form of innovation. Her research appears or has been accepted for publication in Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, ILR Review, and Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management.
Rebecca Kehoe is currently serving on the leadership track of the Strategic Human Capital Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society (2017 to 2019) and on the executive committee of the HR Division of the Academy of Management (2016 to 2019). She serves on the editorial boards of Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and International Journal of Human Resource Management and regularly reviews for Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Organization Science.
