Rebecca Holden

Rebecca is an experienced Corporate lawyer, specialising in international M&A, private equity transactions (advising both investors and management teams), solvent group restructurings/reorganisations and day-to-day corporate law advisory including corporate governance in respect of which she frequently delivers training to business leaders. Rebecca has acted for a variety of different regional, national and international clients and is particularly interested in Corporate work which has some kind of international aspect to it. Rebecca has been fortunate enough to work on transactions “on the ground” in Italy, India, Latvia and Abu Dhabi and she spent six months working in Moscow as part of her training contract.
