Raymond Quan

Raymond is a seasoned international lawyer licensed in both China and the New York State of the United States. He received his legal education in China, US and Australia and practised with top tier law firms and investment bank in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia and Europe in the past two decades. Relying on his experience and expertise, Raymond actively advised his global clients in cross border investment (both greenfield and M&A), international business transactions, VC and PE funds formation and their investment portfolio, FIE management and operation in China, and commercial disputes resolution.

In addition to his legal practice, Raymond is a frequent speaker in a number of international conferences and seminars on international investment and disputes resolution. He was ever engaged by the Canadian Embassy to China to advise Canadian investors in making investment in China and was ever sponsored by the Australian Federal Government Leadership Award-Fellowship to explore the Australian legal system. He is also an adjunct professor at the prestigious Renmin University Law School.
