Before joining the faculty at the Moore School as an instructor of labor relations, Randall (Randy) Moon spent more than 30 years as an attorney and human resources executive at three Fortune 100 companies. He recently joined the Berkeley Research Group in Washington, D.C., where he will be an expert witness in HR-related litigation and will provide advisory services to the firm’s clients. He is a human resources leader and board advisor who drives cultural, organizational and talent change initiatives that support corporate objectives. He helps companies build capabilities to strengthen workforce assets, respond to customers and increase confidence from investors. He possesses broad business and financial acumen to deliver human capital strategies in a cost-effective manner that optimizes performance. He also has deep experience managing issues associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has led transactions all over the world.

Moon was previously the top HR executive at one of the largest agri-businesses in the world. He was also a senior vice president of human resources at a major home improvement retail company.

Moon has extensive experience as an ERISA fiduciary, having led the global employee benefits functions and chaired the administrative committees at three Fortune 100 companies. In addition, he has served as a pension trustee for pension plans in the UK, Ireland and Jamaica.

Moon received his bachelor's from the University of Michigan and J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
