Ramon Xifré

Associate Professor of Economics at ESCI-UPF

Biography

Ramon Xifré Oliva is a lecturer at ESCI-UPF and researcher at the Public-Private Sector Research Centre at IESE. He has led a number of research projects on policies to promote competitiveness (international business, innovation and entrepreneurial drive) in Spain and the EU, and he works with the ECB on its research group on competitiveness. Between 2009 and 2011 he was an advisory member to the Spanish Prime Minister’s economic office. He sat on the board of directors at ICEX.
