ESADE Business School

Since 1991, he has developed his career at M&A Fusiones y Adquisiciones, SA, a consultancy firm specialising in business valuations and advising on company acquisitions, management buy-outs, strategic alliances and venture capital. Starting his career as an analyst, he became a director in 1994 and has been CEO of the firm since 1997. During these years, he has personally intervened in the negotiations of company acquisitions in the industrial, services, new technologies and business sectors.
