Rama Ramamurthy

As a Certified Public Accountant, Rama Ramamurthy has a unique background in accounting and business communication. She has extensive teaching experience and a diversified teaching portfolio. She has taught courses in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Equity Valuation & Financial Statement Modeling, Financial Reporting (intermediate and introductory levels), Managerial Accounting and Tax. Given her extensive IFRS training, she has been invited to moderate a number of IFRS discussion panels and make IFRS related presentations at professional meetings. Prior to moving to Georgetown, she taught at the College of William & Mary, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio and University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign for several years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Accounting Association.
