Biography:

Rachel has been Professor of Human Resources Management at NEOMA BS since 2002 and Director of the Reims campus since 2014. She was in charge of Research Development from 2002 to 2004 and then of the Department of People and Organisations from 2013 to 2014. Rachel was awarded a PhD in Management Sciences in 1999 and she earned her Habilitation to Supervise Research in 2006. Before that she was a Consultant in Social Relations Management (1993-2000) then a Scientific Advisor for the DARES research branch of the French Minister of Labour (2000-2002). Her main areas of research are the Restructuring and Guidance of Transformations, Employment Management, Career Paths, Work Management and Social Relations. Rachel is currently a member of the Scientific Committee of ANACT (National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions).
