Dr. D. Prasanth Nair is Co-founder of Asynithis (Indus Partners). Asynithis works with Organization providing "Gig" support to their business needs. In addition, Asynithis invests, mentors and nurtures start-ups.В Prasanth is a Co-founder of a Healthcare company, Director of Devotional Technology startup (Devaayanam) and advisory board member in ZingHR. He is also a mentor for start-ups in Atal Innovation Centre - RMP(an initiative by Niti Aayog)

Dr. D. Prasanth Nair holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and doctorate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA).

Dr. Nair has worked in organizations like GEC Alsthom and Indian diversified group -RPG Group. He headed the Human Resources function for Asia and Africa for Thomas Cook. He was a member of Thomas Cook Global HR Directors Forum. He also headed Global HR for Indian based Pharmaceutical MNC, Cipla.

Dr. Nair has been active in various industry forums besides being a speaker at various international conferences. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring leaders, helping organizations transform, build scale up capabilty and considered a thought leader in application of technology in human resources. He has been recognized for his contribution to management through various awards. Dr Nair has been able to blend modern technology and ancient wisdom bringing the best in science and spirituality to the area of management. He is interested in Cricket, Mathematics, Spirituality and loves travelling.
