Pigalle Tavakkoli

Pigalle Tavakkoli is a Creative Producer, specialising in designing event experiences for over eight years. She draws on an extensive background in theatre production, and a decade in fashion design, marketing and PR, to create highly visual and unforgettable journeys. She integrates arts, science and cultural content within narrative environments, for audiences to play an active role. Their senses are stimulated and memories triggered, connecting to the stories within themselves. Audiences are inspired to play, create and debate, reducing barriers, fostering learning and deepening engagement for long lasting impact.

Pigalle works for a broad range of clients, translating diverse briefs into authentic and meaningful messages. She also supports marketing and PR teams to develop communication strategies, and implements social media campaigns. Clients range from leading national museums, charities, retailers and festivals through to galleries in Russia. She is also a Creative Associate for Contemporary Vintage, a cultural collective devising projects in the converging space between live events and digital media.

Passionate about her work, Pigalle teaches Experience Design to brand managers, product designers and marketers at the renowned Central St Martins College of Arts and Design, takes part on panel debates, and facilitates staff training workshops. She sits on the Advisory Board for the interdisciplinary science collective Guerilla Science, and is a member of NOWIE, Network Of Women In Events.

Pigalle is also a Travel and Culture writer for the lifestyle blog The Fabulous Times, which has an international audience with over 5,000 hits per day.
