Dr. Pierre Daniel is a full professor of Project Management at SKEMA Business School. He is the Deputy Director of ITEEM, engineering Master degree in Technology, Management and Entrepreneurship, in partnership with Ecole Centrale de Lille. He is the scientific director of the Specialized Master in Management of Projects & Programmes at Skema BS, and recently launched the Skema Center of Expertise in « Management of Strategic Projects ».
He was a visiting professor at University of Technology, Sydney (UTS, Australia) between 2003 and 2007. He has been a visiting professor at HEC Geneva (executive programmes) for 5 years.
Dr. Pierre Daniel teaches on the executive MBA and the DBA of Skema Business School on his domain of expertise : Complexity Management and Business Decisions. He focused his research activities on understanding how to manage complexity in projects and programmes (governmental projects, start-up projects, product development projects). He is the co-author of New Perspectives for the management of water projects, a contribution to UNESCO’s PCCP (‘From Potential Conflict to Cooperation Potential’) programme.
Dr. Pierre Daniel is a trainer and consultant in the domain of Complex Programme Management and Strategic Project Management for international companies: Philips, Bonduelle group, Vente-privée.com, Office Depot, Lesaffre group, Solucom. He is involved in Executive Education Programmes at SKEMA Business School in the Project & Programme Management field.
He developed the DevelopmentModeling® Methodology to design and manage complexity in projects and programmes.
