    Philippe Huber is the Corporate Secretary and Director Corporate Governance of Transocean. He advises the Board of Directors and Group Management on governance and securities matters.

    Philippe holds law degrees from the University of Zurich (lic.iur.) and the University of Oxford (Magister Juris, MJur). He is admitted to the Swiss bar.

    Prior to joining Transocean, Philippe worked in private practice in Zurich and London with the firm Bär & Karrer. He advised international clients on corporate, finance, regulatory and commercial matters. Philippe started his legal career as a law clerk at the district court of Zurich. He was the Legal Adviser and Human Resources Officer of the Swiss Army Contingent in the NATO lead Kosovo Force peace support mission in 2003.
