Employment law and HR professional working for small and medium sized businesses. Experienced in dealing with a wide range of employment issues both as a senior manager and as an HR professional. Previous experiences include redundancy (collective as well as smaller scale), departmental restructures, negotiating new terms and conditions with staff, management of complex disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management, absence management and writing policies and procedures. Particularly interested in putting in place joined-up HR policies and practices to ensure effective people management throughout the employment lifecycle - from recruitment to retirement.
