Peter Boreham

Peter is Mercer’s European Practice Leader for executive compensation. He has 20 years’ experience advising the remuneration committees and management teams of major companies on executive compensation matters. His particular focus is on the specific tailoring of compensation to a business strategy, culture and talent environment.

Peter works with a variety of multinational clients across Europe with a particular focus on advice to remuneration committees around the level, design, disclosure, communication and external approval of executive reward; and annual and long-term incentive design

Peter has also advised the UK Cabinet Office, two Parliamentary Select Committees and various public bodies on issues around senior pay.
