Pernille Smith

Pernille Smith works at the Department of Management, Aarhus BSS (Aaarhus University). For the last decade she has studied how organizations organize for innovation. Her research involves understanding how structures, processes, leadership, and strategies affect innovation performance. At the moments Pernille is heading a research project on digital transformation with focus on knowledge integration from open innovation environments to the core organization.
