Pekka Pohjankoski is a Legal Secretary (référendaire) at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Previously he worked at the Legal Service of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, EU Litigation Unit. Mr Pohjankoski is a graduate of University of Helsinki Law School (Mag. iur.), Harvard Law School (LL.M.) and he has also studied at the Sorbonne Law School (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). He is a member of the New York State Bar. His areas of expertise include, in particular, EU law, constitutional law and private international law.
