Lien Desmet is a researcher in the People and Organisation Area at Vlerick Business School. She obtained a master degree in Slavic Studies in 2013, and an advanced master degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in 2014. Before joining Vlerick Business School, Lien Desmet gained research experience at United Nations University – CRIS (Bruges, BE), as well as University of Queensland (Brisbane, AU). Within the People and Organisation Area, Lien Desmet is focussing on Leadership and Coaching and she is part of the Centre for Excellence in Leading Agile Organisations.
