Paul J. Todd is a project manager for the Georgia Institute of Technology regional office in Macon. His work with companies in Georgia focuses mainly on lean manufacturing. In addition, he acts as a liaison to the larger Georgia Tech community for organizations in middle Georgia. Prior to joining the Enterprise Innovation Institute in 2000, Todd spent 13 years in the textile and apparel industry, holding various manufacturing, industrial engineering, and materials management positions. He worked for three years in Western Europe, with additional project assignments in Central America.
His lean manufacturing training is primarily from on-site implementation projects with North Carolina State University and leadership training at the Toyota Supplier Support Center. Todd has a B.S. in industrial management from Georgia Tech.
