Paul Stokoe

I am a business transformation professional with 18+ year’s delivery experience, of which the last 8 years have been with BT. I hold professional qualifications (Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management) with the BQF, Juran Institute and Bombardier. My transformation experience has been gained across manufacturing and service industries. I have led on the creation and delivery of lean and agile, large scale transformation programmes, across a diverse range of environments including production shop floor and logistics, contact centres, second and third line support, field engineering teams, product development, construction and corporate functions. I have been the profession lead for business transformation for the BT Academy supporting the community in capability development and support and I have led on external partnerships with the BQF and Manchester Alliance Business School.
