Experience

For 25+ years Paul has coached and trained senior leaders and their teams with an emphasis on building skill sets for leadership positions including culture change, teamwork, building trust, change management, conflict management, and emotional intelligence. Before becoming an organizational psychologist, he was president of a large private practice group of clinical psychologists and was also Chief of Psychology at Cedar Springs Psychiatric Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. He is well aware of the challenges of doing business, including budget demands, cost pressure, talent, technology, morale, and the numerous pressures senior leadership face.

Paul is co-author of the Conflict Lens, an assessment tool that was developed to help individuals learn how to successfully negotiate disagreements in the workplace so that relationships are improved and better solutions are achieved. The instrument is available in nineteen languages and has been used with over 6000 employees both in the United States and internationally.
