Biography

Cranfield School of Management

Paul has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience mainly in the sales and IT sector. He has acquired, exited and started many SME organisations all of which have been successful and more importantly a point of learning. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge when it comes to owner-managed businesses; call it nosey if you like, he loves to know how a business creates success. Since selling his business in 2016, Paul devotes his time to his consulting business and working with the team at Cranfield (a long-held ambition). As a Cranfield alumni, Paul did the BGP programme in 2012 and has helped many other organisations through the process since then.

Paul is a mentor for Business Wales, has a number of business interests in the UK and overseas which he runs along with a brilliant management team. Having that support allows him to pursue his love of cycling and find time to serve as a magistrate specialising in youth justice.

He is married to Trudy, lives in north Wales and has two beautiful daughters, Mollie and Evie.
