Paul Jan

Paul Jan is a solutions-focused Executive, Consultant, Advisor, and Thought Leader with more than 18 years of success across the manufacturing, higher education, and retail industries. His broad areas of expertise include leadership, team building, executive coaching, public speaking, operations, data mining, logistics, AI, strategic sourcing, vendor relations, supply chain analysis, and business transformation.

Paul holds a leadership position as the Managing Director for Paul Jan Advisory LTD, where he focused on the design and implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives to improve forecasting, demand planning, and overall planning and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, where he teaches Operations and Supply Chain Management at Rotman School of Management.

Prior to his role with Paul Jan Advisory LTD, Paul additionally led as the Senior Supply Chain Manager for Multy Home, Director of Supply Chain Management for IKOU Inc., the Founder of Milaa, Strategic Sourcing Consultant for Power Advocate, and the Supply Chain Manager for Accenture.

Paul obtained his Master of Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Art in Economics from the University of Chicago. He also obtained a Six Sigma Green belt as part of the managerial training at Accenture. He is currently serving on the MIT Technology Review Global Panel of Thought Leaders and Business Executives and was a Panel Speaker at the Distribution Logistics Summit on Labour (2019). Paul is an Advisory Board Member for George Brown Supply Chain Management Program, Edition, Equus Strategy, and Medicievo Corporation.
