Patricia Saiz is currently a professor of international arbitration and director of international relations at ESADE Law School, the ICC YAF Regional Representative for 2014-2016 for Spain and Portugal, and an ICC Arbitrator. She has a law degree and Master in Business Law from ESADE Law School, and an LLM from Harvard Law School. She is qualified to practice law in New York, Washington DC, and Spain. She practiced in the United States for 11 years, during which she represented numerous multinationals and foreign governments in international commercial, investor-state, and state-to-state arbitrations. She is an active member of several arbitration associations and is a frequent speaker at arbitration conferences.
