Strathmore Business School

Patricia is an Executive Coach for personal and professional development and Leadership Development Consultant. Companies of the Ibex 35 are among her current clients. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF. She holds a linguistics degree from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IESE. She speaks fluently English, French, Spanish and Catalan.

Patricia has developed an intense professional career. She began as an IESE faculty member in the control area in 1980, moving afterwards to the private sector. Between 1991 and 2000 she came back to IESE to lead Career Services and in 2000 she assumed the Career Development responsibility in EuroPraxis Consulting, a management-consulting firm, acquired in 2001 by Indra. In 2007 she joined Indra as Recruiting Director, with worldwide responsibilities to increase Indra’s employer branch visibility. In 2009 she assumed Internal Communication, developing the first global plan.

In 2010 Patricia founded esTalento, a consulting firm to offer her experience to corporations and individuals. She also joins IESE executive coaching team, participating in General Management Programs.

Patricia has participated as speaker in national and international forums. She is is former President of the Human Resources Committee of the 22@Network and former member of the Advisory Board of the UPC Foundation (Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya).
