Patricia Baione

Patricia Baione is the Executive Director for Career Education & Advising in the Career Management Center. Patricia directs career education, advising strategy, operations, and delivery for full-time MBA students. She focuses on all aspects of career management, including personalized guidance on core job search and leadership capabilities. She liaises with MBA partner offices and student leaders to enhance student experience of academics, careers, and community. She also creates and presents professional development workshops, seminars, and panels for students. Patricia oversees the CMC Fellows Program and maintains recruiting partnerships in support of the Employer Relations team. She started at the Business School in July 2011. Patricia holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Patricia is from Hamden, Connecticut. She has earned an Advanced Certificate from Wine & Spirit Education Trust and loves enjoying all things Disney with her two little girls.
