Co-ordinating/Organizing Workshop/Conferences /MDPs

With my competency in evaluation and strategic planning, I have undertaken several evaluations and strategic planning of programs and organizations in India and abroad. My work is mostly related to the Society of Jesus and the Church. For example, currently I am responsible for the apostolic planning of Jesuit Madurai Province (all the works of the Jesuits in Tamilnadu) and I have been involved in this work for the last one year. At the international level I am part of the international team to evaluate a Jesuit Institute at Abidjan, Ivory Coast (Centre for Research and Action for Peace).
