Bio

Djibrilla MOUSSA OUSSEINI , PhD, is a Research Engineer at the EDHEC Family Business Centre, specializing in the financing, investment and governance of family businesses. He holds a PhD in management sciences (finance) from the University of Bordeaux. He is the author of several publications on family businesses and research papers presented at international academic conferences such as the International Family Enterprise Research Academy, the American Accounting Association, the International Governance Conference, the Institute of Strategic and International Studies. His current research is at the crossroads of the themes of family businesses, finance and entrepreneurship (family values, social capital, emotional value, public visibility, reputation, entrepreneurial spirit, investment, financing, cost of capital, shareholder value). Djibrilla also contributes to the organization of academic events and the implementation of the various research projects of the EDHEC Family Business Centre, including the ERASMUS+ A. R. T. T. I. S. A. N (AspiRing enTrepreneurIaI families to perpetuate cultural buSiness Across geNerations) project.
