Biography

Oscar is a lecturer of management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He also collaborates with the social research firm dubitare, specializing in quantitative and qualitative projects around the organizational and social determinants of health. Previously, he held technical and management positions at the American multinational Cisco Systems. He has a PhD in Sociology of Organizations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid on the knowledge work intensification process (Extraordinary Award). He is also a recipient of the X National Young Prize in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and of the First Prize by Spanish Sociology of Work Federation.
