Oliver (Jay) Davis

Jay is a local CPA in Columbia SC that has practiced in Public Accounting and Industry for 27 years. Born and raised in Florence, SC, he graduated the University of South Carolina with a BS Degree in Accounting and obtained his CPA license in 1988 Mr. Davis has a broad spectrum of experience in Public Accounting and Industry. During his years practicing in public accounting he served small to medium size organizations performing audit, accounting and individual/corporate tax services. Jay served as the Audit Partner for a 15 person CPA firm in Columbia. During his tenure practicing in industry he has gained experience as Payroll Accounting Analyst at USC, Decision Support Manager for a local medical center, performed as the CFO/Controller for a large local residential homebuilder, an Internal Auditor for a Top Ten National Bank, served on a corporate finance revenue team, and managed Oracle financial systems implementations for a Big 4 consulting firm.
