Norina Peier

Norina Peier Is the founder and owner of the company for organisational development of the same name. She is a psychologist with work and organisational psychology as her area of expertise (Master of Science in Applied Psychology, Zurich University of Applied Sciences, ZHAW), a certified solution-focused coach (International Coach Federation, ICF) and a graduate actor (Zurich University of the Arts, ZHdK). Norina Peier is an experienced consultant guiding individuals and organisations through change processes. She works as a coach, trainer and team developer in the private and public sectors and in the field of education. In addition, she’s a lecturer at various universities in Switzerland and regularly writes about leadership, communication, digitalisation and transformation. Her book on presentation skills «Jeder Schritt ein Auftritt» (Every Step a Performance) was published by hep, Berne. Norina Peier works in a solution- and resource-oriented manner. She specialises in Positive Psychology (according to Martin Seligman), hypnosystemic consulting (according to Gunther Schmidt) and organisational development (Trigon). Peier is certified for Perma-Lead, Belbin, MBTI and Spiral Dynamics.
