I hold a PhD in Management from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. I conduct research in Organizational Behavior, with a focus on identity processes in organizations, and individual perspectives in teams.

I have published academic research in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Project Program and Portfolio Management and have co-authored a book chapter on a Systemic approach to Organizational Development. I have also presented at international conferences on topics pertaining to identity, teams, conflict, cognition, employee voice, project management, and leadership. My research interests also include qualitative and quantitative methods and statistical multi-level analysis.

I have several years of industrial experience in process improvement and change management in semiconductor manufacturing and financial services in Asia and Europe and in academic research at the Indian School of Business.
