Nikolay Verkhovsky

Nikolay Verkhovsky develops and conducts corporate programmes, business games, strategic and project sessions. He provides consultation on strategy, project and innovative management, and corporate transformation.

Verkhovsky graduated from the School of Cultural Politics as a developer and trainer of business games and managerial activities. He is Director of Educational Programmes at the School of Cultural Politics.

In 2000–2002, he worked at the Center for Strategic Research “North-West”, where he co-authored the Doctrine for Development of Russia's Northwest and founded the School for Innovative Managers.

In 2002–2004, he organised a number of workshops and events within the Innovative Russia report preparation effort for the Ministry of Education.

In 2006–2007, he founded and worked as a trainer at the Local Government Young Leader School of the All-Russia Council of Municipal Government and the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.

Since 2008, Verkhovsky has been a programme developer and Head of Project Work for Corporate Programmes at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. He has worked as Project Manager and Consultant for Evraz, RAO UES of Russia, Integrated Energy Systems, United Aircraft Corporation, RF Federal Tariff Service, the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Rosatom, Roscosmos, Sportveshchaniye/Panorama, Metinvest, MTS, the Moscow City Government, and others.

Verkhovsky currently manages projects as part of the integrated programme for developing single-industry cities in Russia, commissioned by Vnesheconombank (VEB).
