Dr. Nicholas Santo, LCSW earned his MSW at Fordham University in 2008 and his DSW at NYU in 2021. He also earned his certificate from the Advanced Clinical Practice program at NYU in 2018 and completed the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy one-year program at the Training Institute for Mental Health in 2011. He has been practicing psychotherapy for 13+ years and currently maintains a private practice in Manhattan. Dr. Santo’s interests include treatment with sexual and gender minority adults with histories of relational trauma.Dr. Santo recently published a chapter in the book Shared Trauma, Shared Resilience During a Pandemic. Essential Clinical Social Work Series. He has another article in press to be published in June 2022 in the Psychoanalytic Social Work Journal.
