Nicholas Folger

I am an entrepreneur with a big heart for science. I did my doctorate at Isabell Welpe's chair at the Technical University of Munich in the areas of talent management and digital transformation. I am also co-founder of Weiterfounder, a matching platform for company succession.

My expertise in talent management lies particularly in the importance of digital technologies for recruiting and retaining personnel as well as matchmaking in a professional environment.
