Robins School of Business

Nettie Meluch is an adjunct instructor with Executive Education at the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. She consults and specializes in the areas of leadership, motivation, communications, and change management, and she is a certified Myers-Briggs® trainer.

With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she brings a wealth of “real-world” experience and insight to her programs. As a former teacher, personnel officer, legislative aide, and public affairs manager, she knows and understands the pressure operating on managers today. You will find her programs to be practical, fast-paced, and memorable.

Nettie has provided training and consulting to several Fortune 500 companies, as well as local banks and hospitals, law firms, manufacturing companies, technology firms, and public service organizations. She has a B.S. in Education from Ohio State University and an M.A. in Human Resource Development from George Washington University.
