Biography

I am a researcher and professor in the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Valencia.

My research interests are mainly in the areas of economics of education, applied statistics, public economics and applied macroeconomics.

Short Bio

In January 2022 I received my Ph.D. in Statistics (Economics of Education) from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. My doctoral thesis work was awarded the 2022 prize of the Youth Chair of the University of Valencia for the best doctoral thesis on youth issues in Spain.

From September 2018 to December 2018, I was PhD visiting researcher at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Previously, in 2016 I received my Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad de Valencia (National Award for Excellence in Academic Performance) and then I obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Economics from the Universidad de Alicante and a Master's Degree in Teaching from the UNED. During my Bachelor's I spent one year as an Erasmus exchange student at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg.
