Biography

Nancy has over 25 years’ experience in corporate leadership positions, higher and adult education, and communications consulting. As a business leader she has held key positions in various industries including legal, accounting, banking, fashion, media, and in non-profits. As an educator, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Communications, Leadership, HR Management, Cultivating a Respectful Workplace, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Public Speaking. As a course leader for American Management Association she delivers classes and coaching to executives, managers, and sole proprietors across a broad spectrum of industries in Executive Presence, Leadership and HR Fundamentals.

Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Speech & Interpersonal Communication from NYU and a Ph.D., ABD from Rutgers University in Media and Communication. Her Bachelor’s degree is in English Literature and Theater. Her executive coaching certification is from Baruch University’s iCoach NY program and she is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator instrument and in Mental Health First Aid.
