Mihir Ajgaonkar

Mihir Ajgaonkar has obtained a Ph.D. from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, with a focus on Organisational Citizenship Behavior. He has completed Certification in Intervention for Strategic HRM & Change, from Ross Business School, University of Michigan.

He holds a professional experience of 36 years, with 28 years in the industry and 8 years in academics. During his career in the industry, he led senior HR roles in eminent organizations within the hospitality, IT and Consulting, Construction Equipment, Financial Services, Heavy Engineering, Defense, and Power sectors.

Mihir has wide research interests ranging from Organisation Culture and Organisation Effectiveness to Human Resource Management. His research findings have been published in leading journals and periodicals. He is a certified professional and practitioner in Executive Coaching and other critical HR performance-building and assessment systems.

He also serves as the Associate Professor and Chair for the Organisation & Leadership Studies at SPJIMR.
