Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics

Michael R. Kukenberger is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at within the Peter T. Paul School of Business’s Management Department at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to coming to UNH, Kukenberger served as an Assistant Professor at the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Michael received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maine, an M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Business.

Michael’s research interest include shared and team leadership and team effectiveness. Michael’s work has been published in such outlets as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Relations and Group and Organizational Management.

Consulting in the area of leadership and team dynamics, Michael has worked with several Fortune 500s (e.g., GE Aviation, Xerox, Alcoa, etc.) the armed services (i.e., U.S. Army) and the Center for Disease Control.
