Mike's professional practice is devoted solely to the representation of the Taft Hartley funds and related entities. He has represented clients in proceedings in state and federal court, in arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies.

Mike regularly speaks at conferences hosted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and has authored articles published in the Foundation’s Benefits and Compensation Digest.

Mike is licensed to practice law in the states of Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and before the Federal courts in Southern and Northern Indiana, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and before the U. S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
