dr Michael SA Langford LL.M. is a lawyer in Düsseldorf. After completing his banking apprenticeship and legal training as well as a doctorate in a banking law topic, he worked for Dresdner Bank AG and was responsible for a large number of banking law topics in his function as Head of Complaints Management. He earned his Master of Laws at the University of Münster in the subject "Mergers and Acquisitions".

In 2006 he entered the service of an insurance group and is responsible for capital market law issues in the finance department. dr Langford has been a lecturer in banking and capital markets law for the DeutscheAnwaltAkademie since 2013. In addition, he successfully completed the specialist lawyer courses for commercial and corporate law as well as for banking and capital market law.
