Instead of becoming a media researcher after my communication studies, I have been following the sustainability path since 2002. I appreciate my roots deep in the northern forests, but the world is my playground: what ever I do, it has to be with an international reach. I feel inspired working with diverse and multicultural staff in a multilingual environment. Strategic thinking, broad cross-sectoral experience and strong operational drive are my strengths. I am a positive problem solver, emphasizing the importance of soft skills. I don''t have a comfort zone, I believe in jumping into the unknown! It gives a new boost to your thoughts and keeps your ideas wild and fresh. Enthusiasm is the only way to progress. My last jump led me to the world of crisis management and conflict prevention, to the civilian crisis operation in Southern Caucasus. Now curious to see where the next one will take me!
