Presentation

I hold a Ph.D. in political and social sciences from the European University Institute in Florence (Italy) and I have likewise a background from K.U-Leuven (Belgium), Institut d''Études Politiques de Paris (France) and Århus University (Denmark).

My research interests lay within the broad field of culture and organization with a particular interest in exploring how organizations and their social actors are shaped by the cultural and institutional contexts in which they operate. I am particularly interested in how practitioners operate at the interface between global and local practices and the implications it may have for leadership, management, communication and organizational learning. I’ve explored these questions empirically in MNCs and SMEs as well as within French speaking areas and in Danish and Indian contexts.

My working languages are French, English and Danish.
