Melanie L. Carr, MD, FRCP is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. Melanie is a practicing psychiatrist with a particular interest in workplace mental health and applies her clinical expertise to a business context. She joined the integrative thinking teaching and curriculum development team at Rotman in 2004. She teaches highly rated integrative thinking and leadership courses in the MBA, EMBA and executive education programs and has provided consultative services to outside organizations, including Procter and Gamble.
